返金ポリシー (Refund Policy)
1. （三味線ワークショップ）Shamisen Workshops

無料キャンセル： ワークショップ開始の24時間前までにご連絡いただければ、無料でキャンセルできます。

直前キャンセル： ワークショップ開始の24時間以内にキャンセルされた場合、返金はできません。

日程変更： ワークショップ開始の24時間以内に日程変更をご希望の場合、4,000円の変更手数料を頂く場合があります。新しい日程は当方の都合に合わせて調整させていただきます。

Free Cancellation: You may cancel a scheduled workshop free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the workshop start time.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your workshop, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule within 24 hours of the workshop, a rescheduling fee of 30% of the workshop fee will be charged. The new workshop date and time will be arranged at our convenience.
2. （三味線の販売）Shamisen Instrument Sales

商品の状態： 商品が購入時と同じ状態で返送された場合にのみ返金を検討します。

承認： 返金は当店の判断により行われます。送料は返金不可で、返送時の送料はお客様のご負担となります。

お支払い方法：クレジットカード／デビットカード（Stripe利用）、PayPal、銀行振込
お支払い時期：購入時に決済されます。発送が必要な場合、送料については事前に合意の上、発送前にお支払いいただきます。
